This project is similar to Udan and caters to the girls which have dropped out after passing class 5 for any reasons. These girls are being provided education of classes 6, 7 and 8 in two years.
The two year project is divided into four parts of six month each. The first six months are devoted to revision of the curriculum up to class 5. In the next three ‘blocks’ of six months each classes 6, 7 and 8 are completed.
A special curriculum has been developed for upper primary innovation.
This project is benefitting 50 girls, out of which 13 belong to Scheduled Castes, 12 to Other Backward Classes, five to Minorities and rest 21 to General category. These girls come from 16 villages/hamlets in 13 gram panchaysts of five blocks in Hardoi district.
