In the beginning, we ran large scale community health programme in Hariyawan block of Hardoi district with support from Eco Netherlands. This was followed by health training programme with support from Mahila Dairy and Integrated Nutrition and Health Programme (INHP). This programme laid emphasis on prevention from diseases, cleanliness and hygiene.
Recently efforts are to bring down maternal and child death rate in three blocks of Hardoi district and four blocks of Rae Bareli district. Efforts are underway to inculcate interest about health among the people, bring about permanent improvement in health of women and children and bring about a decline in death rate of infants.
An intervention is underway to address HIV and AIDS in Hardoi city among MSM population.
Another intervention is underway among equine population in Hardoi and Barabanki districts. Under this horses are being covered to get them rid of fear and suffering.
